Return Policy

1. EligibilityYou may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date for the following reasons:Costume does not fitCostume is damaged during shippingWrong item received
Items must be unworn and in original condition (except for items damaged during shipping).2. How to Initiate a Return or ExchangeTo begin a return or exchange:Contact our Customer Support within 30 days of purchase.Provide your order number, photos of the item (especially if damaged), and the reason for return or exchange.
3. Return ShippingFor items damaged during shipping, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.For returns due to fit issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.Items must be securely packaged to prevent further damage.
4. ExchangesIf the same costume in a different size is available, we will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.If your desired size is out of stock, you may choose:A refundA store creditA different item
5. RefundsRefunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–30 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged item or wrong item shipped).
